Special K Diet Fail

I lost 2 pounds in a week but couldn't bring myself to eating cereal for another week. I need variety and this diet doesn't offer that... Yes you can buy different favored cereals but it's still just cereal. So running/ working out seems like the only feasible option : ( maybe I'll take a dance class. I took a tap class years ago & loved it. My instructor loved ballet and incorporated it to our lesson regularly.
The Special K bars are my fave I love the fact that they're 90 calories and great on the go. I keep 2 bars in my purse fir snacking. I'm also adding more veggies & fruits into my diet I've been snacking on carrots oranges and bananas as well.

I must admit it's worth a try. If you don't mind repetition it should work for you.
